List building, the back bone of any business.

List building is by far, the most important activity for any business in order to mantain a growing group of active visitors. It is important to build a healthy data base of customers/clients/friends, this way, our website will be visited by a lot of people and for long time. It is not only get names and email addresses and add them to the list, instead we are looking for people very interested in what the business have to offer, if people in the list are just there for a freebie offered to opt in and we haven´t enough information and resources to mantain them interested, chances are, these people will not be responsive and would likely opt out from our list. An essential element for build a list is an eloquent squeeze page. The topic on the squeeze page have to be something that we are very familiar with and like, otherwise we can build a list, but by lack of information, sooner or later, they will lost interest. So, if a person or a business are interested in mantain a list of people eager to receive our emails or communications through any media, we need keeping ourselves updated and actualized in our website´s topic, always offering fresh information resources and products inside. It is a good idea to prepare a survey to monitor our list about what they are interested in, toward to improve or implement services and/or products offered in the site, this way we are mantainning mutual interest communication with the people of our list so, us and them, are having a very healthy relationship on a win-win situation. There are such ammount of garbage advertising, than people are just bored of it, but, people still looking for solutions to their problems and needs, sharing our knowledge and expertise, we can harvest many people interested in what we have to say, when people start trusting us, we are taking the first step for a long time mutual benefit relationship. A great way to capitalize a site is through information products, creating your original information products you´ll be credited as an expert in your topic, this way you can achieve the trust of your receivers. And as have been said, when the members of your list trust you... You have an Internet Business if you want.
